Givens 2026-2027 Registration
We are ready to get you registered to attend Linda Rankin Givens Elementary School for the current school year. It's as easy as 1-2-3.
Please follow the steps below to register your child(ren) for school. Please note that online registration begins on April 20, 2026 for all families new to CCSD and for all families that currently have a child that is attending a CCSD school.
In addition, Givens is pleased to announce an opportunity for preschool children within our community. To express interest and have your student placed on the interest and/or waitlist, you will need to complete the Pre-Kindergarten Interest Form.

Step 2
INFORMATION NEEDED FOR THIS STEP:

For all students who have previously attended Givens ES, you will need to have a scanned or electronic copy of your proof of residency (utility bill - no lease agreements) (this will need to be uploaded or emailed to welchj2@nv.ccsd.net) to complete your registration below.
For all students new to Givens ES (including incoming kindergarteners), you will need to have a scanned or electronic copy of your proof of your current residency (utility bill - no lease agreements), copy/photo of parent driver's license/ID, child's birth certificate/passport, and child's immunization records. (this will need to be uploaded or emailed to welchj2@nv.ccsd.net) to complete your registration below.
If your child has been attending another CCSD school, you will need to provide the following:

For proof of address, you must use one of the following:

Southwest Gas bill

Las Vegas Valley Water District bill

Republic Services sanitation bill
If you are new to the Clark County School District, you must also provide these items in addition to proof of address:

For proof of your child's identity, please use ONE of the following. Photocopies will not be accepted.:

For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:​

5 DPT shots *

4 Polio shots *

2 MMR shots
-
2 Hepatitis A shots

3 Hepatitis B shots
-
2 Chickenpox (Varicella) shots or doctor's note with date that your child contracted Chickenpox.

​​* Note: One dose of DPT and polio must be on or after the child's fourth birthday.

Step 3
Check your email inbox periodically for classroom assignment at the beginning of August. The email address listed as the primary email address in Infinite Campus will be used to send notification. Please be sure you have your correct email address on file with CCSD in Infinite Campus. Thank you.
